Imagefap offers great hosting at nearly unlimited download quotas.
Imageshack is slow as fuck
TinyURL is just plain gay
and worst still would be Photobucket, limited bandwidth and shit.
I used to do Out3.net, but it shut down now.
If you can suggest a good one that is not full of suck and fail, I would gladly use it.
